What do you like best about Kin HR?

What do you dislike about Kin HR?

Site needs to be more mobile friendly. It it challenging to use it on my iPhone (but often need to check it from my phone). I end up using it on my laptop most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Kin HR:

I would try it, but have all middle managers (or a few) also test it to give you feedback. All levels of mgmt. will be using it heavily so it's good to find a con-census on the HR software most widely accepted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kin HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee reviews, time off calendar. makes us more productive. It also allows me to handle time off requests or denials from anywhere, making us much more agile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
