I wish it would communicate with CDK more, so if we cancel or reschedule a customer's appointment, it would automatically change on Kimoby. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kimoby solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not all customers can communicate over a phone call for service updates, questions, etc. When using Kimoby, it gives us the opportunity to choose the form of communication that our customers want or prefer. The text messaging confirmation really helps us get an idea of how many customers are coming in for their appointment the next day, and allows us to communicate with customers who have cancelled/ are asking to reschedule.
