Kickserv keeps my appliance repair business organized in one place. I can schedule jobs, dispatch techs, and see the full history for each customer, including past repairs, model numbers, and warranty work, without digging through notes or texts. Creating estimates and turning them into invoices takes just a few clicks, and the QuickBooks sync saves me a lot of time on bookkeeping. The mobile app lets my techs update jobs and collect payments right on site, so we get paid faster. For a small service company, it’s easy to learn, affordable, and covers everything we need day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app could be smoother. It sometimes loads slowly in the field, and a few features are easier to use on the desktop version. Reporting is fairly basic, so I’d like more ways to customize reports on job profitability and tech performance. Customizing estimate and invoice templates could also be more flexible. None of these are deal-breakers, though. The core scheduling and invoicing tools work well for what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
