I find the increase in unknown data to be problematic, especially during recent contact runs where this issue has become more noticeable. This seems to occur when data is categorized into deliverable, risky, undeliverable, and unknown buckets, and more pieces are falling into the unknown category. A fair amount of email addresses are marked as 'risky' or 'unknown', which is not very actionable for us. Ideally, a smaller number of email addresses would come back with those statuses so we would feel more confident about whether they are safe to email or not.
