**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

We work with a high volume of brand partnerships, newsletters, and outreach campaigns, so email deliverability and list quality are incredibly important to us. Kickbox helps us confidently verify email addresses before campaigns go out, which improves our sender reputation, reduces bounce rates, and saves our team a lot of time.

We appreciate how straightforward the platform is — it integrates smoothly into our workflow and gives us peace of mind knowing we’re reaching real, active contacts. For a content and marketing team like ours, that efficiency makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

We’d love to see more seamless integrations and automation features to reduce manual steps in our workflow. While the platform is very reliable overall, a few extra customization and collaboration features would make it even stronger for teams handling high-volume campaigns like ours.

Kickbox is solving one of the biggest challenges in email marketing and outreach for us — ensuring that the contacts we’re reaching are valid, active, and deliverable.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

This software is very user-friendly, and its features are easy to understand, even the first time I use it. and the integration of it api was a piece of cake and the details they provide for every email is much use full. i have been using this from past 6 months and haven't faced any problems to contact customer support. the alert mails they send helps a lot to keep the balance updated. overall the implementation of the kickbox api is very easy and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

Currently, I don’t see any downsides to the Kickbox API. If I run into any issues in the future, I’ll reach out to customer support.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a form that collected user PI and stored it as leads in our DB, but we weren’t verifying users through any kind of authentication. As a result, hackers started hitting our site with junk data, which reduced the quality of our leads. There was no reliable way for us to differentiate between real and fake leads, so we began researching email verifiers and found Kickbox. It gave us a user-friendly vibe, so we decided to adopt it. Now, Kickbox helps us store only quality leads.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

The two-way integration with HubSpot was easy to set up and works really intuitively. Verifications run smoothly and quickly, so we're not left waiting around when cleaning up a list. I also appreciate that Kickbox gives you different options for how strict you want the email verification to be, so you can match the level of scrutiny to the use case (whether that's a tight cleanup of a sales list or a lighter check on a newsletter signup). On top of that, the pricing is transparent and predictable, with no hidden fees or surprises, which makes it easy to plan and justify internally.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

Honestly, nothing really comes to mind. It does exactly what it needs to do, and it does it well. The interface is intuitive and the tool stays focused on its core job of email verification, without piling on extra features that would only distract from the workflow. If anything, that minimalism is a strength rather than a downside.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickbox gives us a clear view of the overall health of our email lists and flags addresses that are likely to bounce before we ever hit send. The suggested corrections are a nice bonus that helps us recover contacts we'd otherwise lose. The result is better deliverability, a healthier sender reputation, and more confidence that our campaigns are actually reaching real inboxes.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

I use Kickbox to verify our large email list on Klaviyo which helps us be a reputable sender. I like the convenience of email verification as it saves me from having to manually figure out how to suppress bad emails. The ability to see how many emails were deliverable and not in a pie chart is cool. The initial setup of Kickbox was easy, and that's a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

I find that there could be more detailed integrations with Klaviyo, such as having info on if emails are subscribed to email marketing and how long they have been subscribed. Also, AI suggestions for sending email marketing campaigns to a large audience for the first time in a long time would be helpful.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kickbox to verify our large email list, which solves the problem of manually suppressing bad emails and ensures we are a reputable sender. I like the convenience of their email verification.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

What I like best about Kickbox is how simple and efficient the verification process is. The platform has a clean and user-friendly interface, results are delivered quickly, and it helps improve email quality and deliverability with minimal effort. It integrates smoothly into existing workflows and makes managing email lists much easier. The accuracy and reliability of the verification process also give us more confidence before launching campaigns. Pricing is also reasonable! Their support is very responsive and efficient esp bot even agents. AI integrations were superb!

nothing.kickbox literally has it all, from platform integrations, email verification, efficient support at a very cheap costs really make everything seamless

Kickbox helps us maintain clean and accurate email lists by identifying invalid or risky email addresses before sending campaigns. **What do you like best about Kickbox?**

I liked how easy it was to set up Kickbox. It was very easy to create an account and upload a file, so the setup didn't take long. I also appreciate the usage-based pricing. Since my use of Kickbox was a one-time process during a migration, I didn't want an ongoing subscription, so the usage-based credits pricing was perfect for me. Additionally, I like the performance of Kickbox.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

My transaction to buy credits got flagged as a potential bad actor, which was annoying and delayed me by 24 hours. This has never happened with my combination of email/card before, so they are a little too aggressive with this. Possibly because I am a developer for a client site, so my domain doesn't match the web domain. But this is a common scenario, so no need for this really.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kickbox to automate cleaning up email lists during a Mailchimp to Klaviyo migration, which simplifies filtering spam email addresses.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

I like the live usage of the dashboard, so it's up to the minute, helping us gauge how much volume we are using daily. I also like the fact I can upload lists at any time for batch sending, which is convenient for those one-off email batch sends that aren't sent through the live feed. Switching to Kickbox from Bridge Marketing has yielded better results and more accurate findings. The initial setup was straightforward and took less than two weeks on our side.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

Honestly at this time everything works great, maybe somehow identifying spam traps specifically. ISPs can create spam traps that look like a real user, I don't believe Kickbox has the ability to identify those.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickbox helps remove invalid emails from our list and provides more accurate findings than our previous tool. The live dashboard lets us gauge daily volume, and I can upload lists for batch sending anytime, which is convenient for one-off sends.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

I like the flexibility of the plan and the credit system with Kickbox. You're not locked into a plan that costs more than you need. I appreciate that you pay for validation with credits, and as you scale, the price goes up, but you're getting good value for your money. I also love the simplicity it offers, where each email validation is worth one credit. It allows me to buy the number of credits I need and scale it appropriately to the size of my business without having to pay penalties for a particularly busy month. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy and took me less than thirty minutes. I find the user experience to be pretty good, and the API integration with custom systems is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

I think Kickbox could do maybe a little bit better job explaining the difference between the risky segment and the undeliverable one. Initially, it wasn't clear to me whether those people should be excluded or not.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickbox has reduced my bounce rate from 3.8% to 0.5%, resolving the issue of fake emails in our funnel and improving our domain reputation.

Kickbox allows us to be confident in our data, it seamlessly intergrates with HubSpot, giving us a high level of performance, knowing any comms we are sending are going to highly engaged, real contacts - the price impact is so small for the impact it has on the business

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

The interface could be slightly improved to feel more modern - with more breakdown/reporting details

Our client works with a high level of data and needs to constantly cleanse it  - this was pure guesswork and a hugely manual process - but kickbox has saved both the client and our company time and money

I find Kickbox very easy to use and its integration with HubSpot is incredibly convenient, allowing me to quickly segment the people I don't want to send emails to. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy. Kickbox's pricing is quite good for what I wanted to accomplish, which makes it a worthwhile choice for managing our email lists and preserving our email sendability.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

I found it difficult to understand what all of the email segments meant. I was somewhat frustrated by how many emails were unknown. I also was surprised at the sheer amount of bounces and was unsure if they were all accurate, as going to these customer profiles showed emails going through.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kickbox to check for bounced emails, helping preserve email sendability when adding many contacts to our marketing emails.
