Their verification API works very fast, even in case the SMTP server takes a while to respond. Honestly, this is fantastic -- it makes screening our lists so much faster than other solutions. Additionally, their pricing is very fair, you don't pay for API calls they can't distinguish between deliverable, risky, and undeliverable. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** They have a 95% delivery guarantee, and though we never complained about it, it's more ~90%, at least for our email lists. That means if we send 100 emails labeled by kickbox as "deliverable", only 90 of those actually get delivered. 10 bounce because the address is not connected to an active mailbox. Checking contact lists, even though they number in the thousands, always takes less than 5/10 minutes, allowing us to easily export lists of contacts with various characteristics (those with typos, emails that are likely to be bounced, and lists of contacts that are verified as having deliverability). **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** In general, I think the software is well-built and very simple to use, the only thing that could be improved would be to be able to see straight away which contacts the software detects as having errors, and to be able to modify them directly. This would allow us to confirm directly whether the contact remained Undeliverable or Unknown. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** After implementing Kickbox, our CRM's "healthy score" for Marketing Emails increased which was due to getting lower bounce rate values.
