We work with a high volume of brand partnerships, newsletters, and outreach campaigns, so email deliverability and list quality are incredibly important to us. Kickbox helps us confidently verify email addresses before campaigns go out, which improves our sender reputation, reduces bounce rates, and saves our team a lot of time.

We appreciate how straightforward the platform is — it integrates smoothly into our workflow and gives us peace of mind knowing we’re reaching real, active contacts. For a content and marketing team like ours, that efficiency makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

We’d love to see more seamless integrations and automation features to reduce manual steps in our workflow. While the platform is very reliable overall, a few extra customization and collaboration features would make it even stronger for teams handling high-volume campaigns like ours.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

The API is dead simple to integrate, we plugged it into our signup flow in a few hours to verify email addresses in real time. It catches typos, disposable addresses and undeliverable emails before they ever hit our database, which directly protects our sender reputation with our email provider. The verdict granularity (deliverable / risky / undeliverable, plus the Sendex score) lets us decide exactly how strict to be at signup vs. bulk cleaning. Documentation is clear and response times are fast enough for a synchronous check during registration.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

Pricing is credit-based per verification, which is fair but means costs scale directly with signup volum, so it's worth pairing it with upstream filtering (rate limiting, bot protection) to avoid paying credits on junk traffic. I'd also love more granular team/API key management on lower tiers, and the "risky" verdict sometimes requires building your own decision logic since it's neither a clear accept nor reject.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a B2B SaaS and needed to keep our signup data clean, invalid, mistyped or disposable email addresses were a risk for both our database quality and our sender reputation. Kickbox sits in our registration flow and filters those out before they ever reach our email provider, keeping bounce rates low and deliverability intact. Beyond the API, the dashboard is clean and easy to read for checking verification stats without digging into logs. Onboarding was smooth: clear docs, sandbox API keys to test before going live, and we never needed to open a support ticket. The Sendex quality score adds a useful layer beyond a binary valid/invalid verdict, it helped us tune how strict our signup validation should be.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

I like that Kickbox is easy and affordable. It also helped clean up an old email list by removing about 15% of invalid email addresses. This not only saves us a little bit of money on our email marketing software, but more importantly, it gets rid of emails that never would have been delivered. The initial setup was very easy and took just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

The only thing I can think of is that the way you buy your credits, you have to buy more than you need. I ended up buying $25 worth of credits when, really, I needed about $21 worth. It'd be nice to just be able to buy what you need instead of having to buy a bucket.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickbox helped clean up an old email list, identifying and removing about 15% of invalid addresses, saving money on email marketing while ensuring better delivery.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

This software is very user-friendly, and its features are easy to understand, even the first time I use it. and the integration of it api was a piece of cake and the details they provide for every email is much use full. i have been using this from past 6 months and haven't faced any problems to contact customer support. the alert mails they send helps a lot to keep the balance updated. overall the implementation of the kickbox api is very easy and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

Currently, I don’t see any downsides to the Kickbox API. If I run into any issues in the future, I’ll reach out to customer support.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a form that collected user PI and stored it as leads in our DB, but we weren’t verifying users through any kind of authentication. As a result, hackers started hitting our site with junk data, which reduced the quality of our leads. There was no reliable way for us to differentiate between real and fake leads, so we began researching email verifiers and found Kickbox. It gave us a user-friendly vibe, so we decided to adopt it. Now, Kickbox helps us store only quality leads.

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

The two-way integration with HubSpot was easy to set up and works really intuitively. Verifications run smoothly and quickly, so we're not left waiting around when cleaning up a list. I also appreciate that Kickbox gives you different options for how strict you want the email verification to be, so you can match the level of scrutiny to the use case (whether that's a tight cleanup of a sales list or a lighter check on a newsletter signup). On top of that, the pricing is transparent and predictable, with no hidden fees or surprises, which makes it easy to plan and justify internally.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

Honestly, nothing really comes to mind. It does exactly what it needs to do, and it does it well. The interface is intuitive and the tool stays focused on its core job of email verification, without piling on extra features that would only distract from the workflow. If anything, that minimalism is a strength rather than a downside.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickbox gives us a clear view of the overall health of our email lists and flags addresses that are likely to bounce before we ever hit send. The suggested corrections are a nice bonus that helps us recover contacts we'd otherwise lose. The result is better deliverability, a healthier sender reputation, and more confidence that our campaigns are actually reaching real inboxes.

I use Kickbox to verify our large email list on Klaviyo which helps us be a reputable sender. I like the convenience of email verification as it saves me from having to manually figure out how to suppress bad emails. The ability to see how many emails were deliverable and not in a pie chart is cool. The initial setup of Kickbox was easy, and that's a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

I find that there could be more detailed integrations with Klaviyo, such as having info on if emails are subscribed to email marketing and how long they have been subscribed. Also, AI suggestions for sending email marketing campaigns to a large audience for the first time in a long time would be helpful.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kickbox to verify our large email list, which solves the problem of manually suppressing bad emails and ensures we are a reputable sender. I like the convenience of their email verification.

What I like best about Kickbox is how simple and efficient the verification process is. The platform has a clean and user-friendly interface, results are delivered quickly, and it helps improve email quality and deliverability with minimal effort. It integrates smoothly into existing workflows and makes managing email lists much easier. The accuracy and reliability of the verification process also give us more confidence before launching campaigns. Pricing is also reasonable! Their support is very responsive and efficient esp bot even agents. AI integrations were superb!

nothing.kickbox literally has it all, from platform integrations, email verification, efficient support at a very cheap costs really make everything seamless

It's a very straight forward platform to use - uploads and payment have been simple, and when needed the online chat function has been speedy

The only downside is there is still a manual review of data required in terms of us sense checking where Kickbox has stated if something is undeliverable for example - but that isn't a Kickbox issue

**What do you like best about Kickbox?**

I liked how easy it was to set up Kickbox. It was very easy to create an account and upload a file, so the setup didn't take long. I also appreciate the usage-based pricing. Since my use of Kickbox was a one-time process during a migration, I didn't want an ongoing subscription, so the usage-based credits pricing was perfect for me. Additionally, I like the performance of Kickbox.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

My transaction to buy credits got flagged as a potential bad actor, which was annoying and delayed me by 24 hours. This has never happened with my combination of email/card before, so they are a little too aggressive with this. Possibly because I am a developer for a client site, so my domain doesn't match the web domain. But this is a common scenario, so no need for this really.

**What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kickbox to automate cleaning up email lists during a Mailchimp to Klaviyo migration, which simplifies filtering spam email addresses.

I really like how easy it is to use, and I was able to quickly verify my email lists after paying for what I needed. Set up and processing were so quick. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to improve the quality of their email lists and improve their open rate.

**What do you dislike about Kickbox?**

The only thing I disliked was having to wait for my PayPal payment to be verified. It wasn't a quick process, and I didn't understand why it took so long, even though the payment went through to my account immediately.

They really solve the problem of cleaning up and improving the quality of your email lists.
