I was doing freelancing for one of my friends, he has his own business and he was the creative director there. After researching how to manage their social media channel, I discovered Khoros, and we started using one of its features, which is Social Media Management. To be honest, posting content across many of our social channels was really less time-consuming. We also scheduled our posting times. So far, as we have a very small group of people, we found it somewhat expensive. And the documentation should be clearer and more concise. Because no one wants to spend more time learning the new platform. Overall, I found it to be a good platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
