"KeyNest + Guestway Integration Makes Key Handover Seamless and Trackable"

What do you like best about KeyNest Lockers?

At Guestway, we like how simple KeyNest makes key handovers for operators. Keys go into the locker, guests, cleaners or contractors get a unique code via our guest app, and they collect the keys whenever they arrive, at any hour. Nobody needs to be there to hand them over. Every pickup and return is logged, so teams always know who has which key.

That’s why we built a direct integration with KeyNest, which is now live in Guestway. Property managers keep the KeyNest workflow they already know. KeyNest access activity now sits in the Guestway dashboard next to check-ins, cleaning schedules, maintenance and guest messages, so they no longer jump between tools every time something needs attention. Paired with our Access Management module for lock codes and audit trails, KeyNest becomes part of the whole stay instead of a separate system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KeyNest Lockers solving and how is that benefiting you?

KeyNest Lockers removes manual key handovers. Property managers no longer need staff on site, or a front desk, to give keys to guests, cleaners and contractors. Keys are collected self-service with a unique code at any hour, and every pickup and return is logged in real time. Teams save time and staffing costs and always have a full digital record of who holds each key.

For Guestway, it means our customers can run key exchange as part of the same workflow as the rest of their operations. Since our integration went live, KeyNest access activity appears in the Guestway dashboard next to check-ins, cleaning schedules, maintenance and guest messages. Property managers spend less time switching between tools and following up on keys, and we can offer them a more complete operations platform, with physical key access fully connected to the rest of the stay.
