"Intuitive Certificate Automation, with Room to Improve Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Keyfactor Command?

I like how intuitive Keyfactor Command is. I found it easy to navigate the menus and follow along, and I can write good queries for my certificate store. I also like the granularity: I can sort certificates by certificate authority or CN. It’s easy to integrate with APIs, gateways, and orchestrators, including our GlobalSign MSSL integration for third-party signing. The automation is important to me too. I use Terraform to automate certificate renewals for our Azure and GCP environments, so those renewals don’t have to be done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keyfactor Command?

I need domain validation and a couple of other things, which I hear are coming in version 26.2. I’d also like reporting to be more granular, with more control to create consolidated reports, filter and view information together, and fine-tune the data points. The setup and migration took work, though they weren’t difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
