"KeyCafe Makes Key Management Secure and Organized"

5/5

What do you like best about Keycafe?

I like that KeyCafe makes key management more secure and organized. It allows us to track who accessed the key and when, and the access history gives us better accountability. It also alerts us if a key is taken from the bin, which helps us monitor key usage and avoid missed or forgotten keys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keycafe?

The main thing I dislike is that sometimes the system can be a bit confusing or slow when accessing or returning a key. It would also be helpful to have clearer alerts when a key is not returned or the bin is left open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keycafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

KeyCafe helps us solve key management, access tracking, and accountability issues. We can easily see who accessed a key and when, which reduces the risk of lost or misplaced keys. It also makes it easier for our team to access properties without needing someone to physically hand over the keys, saving us time and making our operations more efficient.
