I worked with Ketch to set up our cookie consent, and the experience was very positive. I found the platform easy to navigate, and their customer support, particularly Kara Kennedy, was excellent. Kara was responsive, easy to work with, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions. The combination of a user-friendly platform and exceptional support made the process much less daunting. I also appreciated being able to create a custom experience for our users and how seamlessly the cookie consent integrated with our brand. Additionally, Ketch allowed me to create custom templates for cookie consents across different properties, which was a great feature.
