What do you like best about Keragon?

Support is excellent. They’re very responsive and will help you solve issues, and they’ll even help create the more difficult workflows you need. I even received support on a holiday, which was amazing. Best of all, the automated integrations have saved us time and money. What do you dislike about Keragon?

We’ve had issues with certain workflows triggering unexpectedly, but once we notified support, they jumped on it right away and provided a solution. Very responsive overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keragon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use several different platforms in our operational workflow, and we often have to duplicate the same input information across them, which takes extra time and resources. The Keragon integration has helped us automate the flow of information between these separate platforms, creating a more cohesive process with less administrative burden.
