What do you like best about Keragon?

Several healthcare & HIPAA-compliant tools that we use are already integrated with Keragon, making it easy to get started on a new workflow. I've used the connections to Slack, Healthie, Spruce and Google Sheets, and they were all pretty straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keragon?

They are still refining the UI with noticeable improvements at least monthly. I have tested other no-code solutions with easier UI (like the ability to drag & drop workflow steps), but ultimately selected Keragon for its out-of-the-box healthcare integrations. What problems is Keragon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keragon has helped us improve visibility in areas that we previously did not have reporting on. We now have automated google sheets of patients who have no-showed and late-cancelled appointments, and new patients who need their insurance verified. We have also been able to streamline our enrollment efforts with some automated outreach via text to newly referred patients. We also use it to alert our enrollment team in slack when a patient cancels their intake visit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
