What do you like best about Kepware Server?

What I like most about KEPServerEX is its extensive library of industrial communication drivers and its ability to provide reliable, standardized connectivity between a wide range of automation devices and enterprise applications. Its centralized configuration, scalability, and OPC support make it easier to integrate heterogeneous industrial environments while reducing development and maintenance effort. What do you dislike about Kepware Server?

The licensing structure and initial setup can feel somewhat complex, particularly for organizations that need to manage multiple drivers, devices, and communication channels. Troubleshooting more advanced connectivity issues may also require specialized technical expertise. What problems is Kepware Server solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use KEPServerEX as the industrial connectivity layer in our TrakSYS MES projects. It enables reliable communication with PLCs and other automation devices from different manufacturers, standardizing shop-floor data before making it available to the MES platform. This reduces the complexity of integrating heterogeneous automation environments, shortens implementation time, and minimizes the need to develop and maintain custom interfaces.
