What do you like best about Keona CareDesk?

Keona gives us the ability to integrate with our EHR & PM systems. We have the ability to build scheduling protocols for our multi-specialty clinic. This allows scheduling proficiency, which in turn has a positive effect in patient and provider satisfaction. Also, the partnership that has developed working with Keona. What do you dislike about Keona CareDesk?

I wouldn't say there really is anything that I dislike about Keona. I feel that every facility/clinic has their own way of doing things. Keona has worked hard to listen to the items that we need to work differently to adjust these concerns to ensure that the platform is working to its fullest. What problems is Keona CareDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keona has allowed us to have very detailed protocols stored in one place, that helps our team schedule efficiently for our providers. When you have a good scheduling platform like Keona it ensures that every provider schedule is being utilized to its peak. Soon we will be working to use Keona for self-scheduling and centralize our outside referral process. All of these tasks bring in revenue to our facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
