What do you like best about Kendo AI Sales Roleplay?

We use the AI agents to allow our advisors to practice their approach to cold calls and overcoming objections. The AI agents sound natural, are easy to set-up, and do a great job of mimicking the behaviors of real prospects, offering up common objections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kendo AI Sales Roleplay?

Sometimes the AI agents get stuck in a bit of a loop, suggesting that they need more information before moving forward. When the advisor offers the information, the AI agent sometimes loops back, making a similar statement, making it difficult to determine how to move forward. What problems is Kendo AI Sales Roleplay solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't record our initial outbound prospecting calls, which makes it difficult for coaches & trainers to give feedback on the individual's approach. Having AI agents that have realistic responses allows my sales team to receive immediate & targeted feedback to help them flatten the learning curve and perfect their approach.
