What do you like best about Keka?

What I like most about Keka is how hassle-free day-to-day self-service is. Tracking attendance, regularizing missed logs, and downloading payslips or Form 16 takes just a few clicks. Not having to reach out to HR for routine documents saves me and the admin team a lot of time every month. As an end-user, I don't handle the billing or software costs, but from a daily usage perspective, it delivers great value. It saves me significant time by letting me access payslips, apply for leaves, and regularize attendance on my own without needing constant follow-ups with HR. What do you dislike about Keka?

Occasional mobile app glitches can be frustrating, especially when location-based attendance tracking or clocking in takes longer than expected due to slow loading. What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keka resolves the friction of tracking attendance, remote check-ins, and leave requests across a distributed workforce. Previously, managing attendance logs and approvals caused delays in monthly reporting. With Keka’s centralized dashboard and mobile app, employees can clock in effortlessly, and managers can approve requests in real time.
