"Kefron Nailed Our Bespoke Data Platform Without an existing full ERP"

What do you like best about Kefron AP Software?

As a business who does not have a full ERP system, finding a software provider who could accommodate and bring together data from multiple sources was going to be a challenge. Kefron absolutely nailed it though. Ira was an excellent consultant and built us a platform that was truly bespoke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kefron AP Software?

As our WMS is a bespoke software, we could not fully integrate Kefron, and must manually import GRN data. As this falls outside of how Kefron is normally utilised, it does leave an area of risk where a user could potentially overwrite historic data. There is no "backup" feature to restore the platform at a moment in time. Rebuilding the data was an added cost and resukted in downtime. Kefron were able to resolve this for us though given time. What problems is Kefron AP Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Minimises paper / toner costs. We have been able to move to a fully digital purchase ledger.

Invoice matching is now semi automated, which increases efficiency.

Supports remote workers.

External auditor's can have their own login and obtain copies of invoices for transaction testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
