What do you like best about Keepit?

What I like most about Keepit is how straightforward and reliable it makes cloud data backup and recovery. The platform is easy to navigate, and having a centralized solution to protect our Microsoft 365 data gives us additional peace of mind.

I particularly appreciate the automated backups, the ability to restore specific files or emails when needed, and the fact that it requires very little day-to-day maintenance. From an IT and administrative perspective, it helps reduce manual work while strengthening our data protection and business continuity processes.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

While Keepit is generally reliable and easy to use, I think there is room for improvement in its reporting and monitoring capabilities. More detailed dashboards, customizable alerts, and clearer backup status information would make it easier to oversee data protection without having to manually check different sections.

The interface is fairly intuitive, but some administrative features could be more streamlined, particularly when searching for specific data or managing recovery operations.

I would also appreciate more flexibility in reporting and integrations with other IT management tools. What problems is Keepit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keepit helps us address one of our main IT concerns: ensuring that our Microsoft 365 data is securely backed up, protected, and recoverable in case of accidental deletion, data loss, or security incidents.

As a company working with sensitive and confidential client information, maintaining data integrity and business continuity is particularly important.
