What do you like best about Keepit?

The best thing about Keepit is how simple it is to use, and how admin- and user-friendly it is. It’s been easy to train my fellow colleagues on how to use Keepit and handle the admin side as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

At the moment, the most requests we have received from users is email restore requests. The search can be a bit of a challenge. It's hard to search a specific type of email within a mailbox when a mailbox has multiple folders and sub-folders. We would have to go to each folder(s) and search for a specific email(s). What problems is Keepit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don’t think I can point to a specific problem that Keepit has solved compared with our previous SaaS backup solution, at least not at the moment.

That said, features like preview and RTBF, along with the overall performance, have been much smoother than other solutions we’ve tried and tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
