We've begun using Keeper Secrets Manager within our development environment since my original post. It provides a secure and centralized way to manage application secrets, API keys, and credentials without hardcoding sensitive information into scripts or code repositories. From the perspective of me a security analyst, this has greatly helped reduce risk while supporting ours developers. We've also started using Keeper's One-Time Share and Self-Destructing Password features, which provide a secure way to internally and externally share credentials with contractors which while also limiting exposure and ensuring sensitive information isn't accessible longer than necessary. One area I'd like to see improved is communication around new features and capabilities. We've had to learn about several useful additions, such as Secrets Manager, One-Time Share, and Self-Destructing Passwords, primarily through webinars and internal word of mouth rather than direct outreach from our reps. I know my team would appreciate it if account representatives were more proactive in sharing new features and offering demos as they become available. Like many IT and security teams, we're busy and don't always have time to regularly explore the console, so proactive guidance would help ensure we're getting the most value from the platform.
