What do you like best about Keen.io?

For us Keen is a near perfect fit for our data streaming and aggregation needs. It starts with the availability of SDKs in multiple languages, and the ability to stream unlimited events using these SDKs or the API, allowing us to capture all the user engagement data we could dream of. Furthermore we find the caching abilities of queries and datasets to be an extremely powerful tool to serve up high value data aggregates with exceptionally low latency and high stability. Support has always been incredibly attentive, quick to respond and willing to work together to maximise the benefits achievable by utilising Keen's tools. What do you dislike about Keen.io?

We find the front-end UI to be a bit clunky; navigation between projects and different pages within the project could be a fair bit smoother and more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keen.io:

We can very much recommend using Keen for any use case that requires data storage and analysis, but especially when you do not want to worry about the development costs and time, infrastructural knowledge and devops required to build a bespoke solution that gets even close to the capabilities that Keen offers. What problems is Keen.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As part of our platform we've build multiple analytics dashboards with visualisation and aggregates of engagement with our content. Keen has allowed us to keep the flexibility that most of out of the box analytics providers do not offer, while giving us the ability to set up queries and cached datasets to produce the exact aggregates we want to show.
