I really love the email function in Keela. I'm able to create great-looking emails that are easy to personalize for our donors, with lots of options for donor interaction within the email. The ability to create an email blast in little time with excellent quality is impressive compared to databases we've used before. I also love the dashboard and the ability to customize it to easily monitor our performance. The automation features are great too, allowing us to maintain a clean database with active and participating donors. Keela really feels like a one-stop shop for everything from planning events to entering donations, and I appreciate that it reduces the need for external applications. If I do need to use external tools, there are many options that sync with Keela easily. Additionally, the simplicity of setting up forms, emails, and campaigns has improved donor response, with emails and communications being more engaged in and donations increasing due to offering multiple donation levels. Lastly, setting up Keela was incredibly easy thanks to its user-friendly interface and intuitive design, especially with the support from the Keela team which is absolutely excellent, always resolving any issues I have. The areas where improvements could be made for me are in customizing receipts for events. At this time, Keela only allows one receipt type, and I would like to be able to create unique receipts for each campaign. Also, it took me a bit of time to learn the reporting functions, but the Keela support is absolutely excellent. I've never had a problem I couldn't solve without contacting Keela support.
