What stood out most during our search was Kechie's willingness to go beyond a standard implementation. We run a fairly unique business program that required electrical tracking capabilities most "out of the box" ERP systems simply don't offer. Kechie was the only provider that not only had a path to support this, but took it a step further and built a fully custom program tailored to our specific workflow; this level of customization has been a genuine game changer for us compared to other systems we evaluated.

Integrations have also been smooth, with solid compatibility across many of the popular eCommerce tools we rely on, which cut down significantly on manual data entry and syncing headaches.

On pricing, the value has been more than reasonable, especially factoring in the level of support the team provides. It does not feel like we're paying for software alone, but for a genuine implementation partner.

The only real drawback we've encountered is occasional slowdowns when multiple partners are pulling reports at the same time. It can temporarily impact performance during those peak moments.
