I like how smoothly Keap's CRM and email-automation features work together for our small design agency. When new SaaS-web-design prospects come in, I can quickly tag leads by project budget and scope, then launch tailored drip email sequences without complicated setup. I enjoy seeing pipeline status at a glance, which helps me allocate time for proposal reviews alongside my UX design duties. It keeps our lead follow-ups consistent. Keap lacks native connections to the design-focused tools that our agency relies on, like Figma, which forces us to manually copy client briefs and contact details. Its reporting functionality is also quite rigid, so I can't easily pull custom views for tracking lead-to-project conversion. Advanced automation settings come with a steep learning curve, especially for our junior team members. As our contact list grows, our subscription costs increase, adding more overhead as we take on more client projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
