"Katana’s Intuitive UI, Seamless Claude AI Integration, and Standout Onboarding Support"

What do you like best about Katana Cloud Inventory?

Love the UI/UX for Katana! It's easily navigable and lends itself to a straight forward learning process. The features meet our shop's needs exactly, while remaining within the standard price range for similar tools.

No performance issues, except for some very minor and brief lags between processes - Though this may be because of the speed of moving through a trial instead of real time between operations that would happen in actual use.

I also very much appreciate the native integration with Anthropic/Claude Artificial Intelligence. Connecting with the Claude's AI allowed me to bypass some tedious setup work, allowing me to get started even faster.

The best part of my experience so far has been the support/Onboarding experience with Wajeeh. He was professional, to the point, friendly, and a skilled communicator. Huge props to him! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Katana Cloud Inventory?

The one thing I might add would be a bit more clarity on the pricing structure. I'm thankful for the tools to see clearly how the pricing is affected, but kind of a bummer the add-ons are so expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Katana Cloud Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business had virtually no inventory tracking, MRP solution, etc. We are moving into a new season where we are looking for a developed CRM, MRP, and inventory system. Katana seems to meet all of those requirements so far, and well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
