"Full-Featured Security Suite with Top-Notch, Responsive Support"

What do you like best about Kastle?

Kastle is a full-featured security product that offers door (entry) and surveillance options to help provide a complete protection suite. Onboarding was great. I met the Kastle representative at the office and we walked the entire space noting what I was looking for. Afterwards, we received a recommendation that we customized to our budget. The system is easy to manage and Kastle is always available to answer any questions. However, what I like best is the support. Inevitably, there are occasional small issues that can impact your system, and Kastle has always been quick to respond and help resolve them. That responsiveness is my favorite part of the product. What do you dislike about Kastle?

The only con with Kastle is their price. They are a bit on the pricey side but overall, they cover all aspects of security and their personal touch is appreciated. I mentioned the support before - the support is top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kastle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kastle is assisting us with entry security for staff, visitors, and guests. We have solutions that are unique to staff but more intensive for guests. We have monitoring located throughout the building for safety purposes. We have a dvr that records up to 1 month back for security purposes.
