What do you like best about Kastle?
The convenience of being able to use the Kastle Presence app. Not having to reach into my bag to get the phone out allows for an elegant access solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Kastle?
A few times, the Operations Center has added us to a ticket that wasn’t ours, which has caused some confusion. I think closer oversight could help prevent this. Also, there are occasions when the Operations Center is slow to respond to tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
