**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

I use Kaseya VSA mainly for remote monitoring and management of devices and IT systems. I appreciate its remote management and automation features, which make it really easy to monitor devices, push updates, and fix issues without needing physical access. This saves a lot of time and makes IT management much more efficient. The remote management features let me access and troubleshoot devices from anywhere, which is especially valuable when managing multiple systems. The automation side is a big plus since routine tasks like software updates, patch management, and maintenance can run automatically, letting the IT team focus on bigger issues.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

Honestly, with Kaseya VSA, the biggest issue is that the interface can feel outdated and a bit complicated, especially for new users. There are a lot of features, which is powerful, but it also makes navigation and setup more confusing than it should be. Another thing is that some automations and configurations take time to set up properly, and troubleshooting can sometimes feel more technical than expected. I’ve also noticed occasional performance issues or delays, especially when managing larger environments, and customer support response times could definitely be better.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kaseya VSA to manage devices remotely, automate updates, and troubleshoot, which saves time and reduces IT workload. It centralizes management, improving efficiency and organization in handling IT operations.

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

I really appreciate how Kaseya VSA allows us to manage more endpoints with fewer technicians, driving efficiency. I like the efficiency it creates for our technicians. I also enjoy being able to interact with certain aspects of the machine, like the command shell or registry, without having to connect in a remote control scenario. Additionally, the initial setup of Kaseya VSA was easy.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

Kaseya VSA is a dying platform. We are still on 9.5 and they are only making security releases at this point. The software is no longer having developed features.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaseya VSA allows us to manage more endpoints with fewer technicians, driving efficiency.

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

The best thing I can say about them is my contract is almost over, HORRIBLE support and they out source 99% of their services. Nothing integrates very well. Only thing that works together is the Kaseya one login.  They just want to lock you into a contract and then give "best effort" support. Everything is an onboarding level support. After 2 years I still have to say the same thing to each new support person I talk to .. no backend commication.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

Everything. It's basically Salesforce for MSPs. To many feature half built.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management , Account Management, Support tech. Onboarding

Hmmm, it would function sometimes when you needed to use it.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

Awful interface and they outsourced as much of their support as possible.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an RMM and Kaseya came in at the lowest price. The quality of Kaseya was awful though. Spanning integration was good, no issues with Spanning, but Kaseya was no good.

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

Its been around a long time and is a very polished product. It is affordable, and the bundles I get through Techs Together, lets me keep my overhead low.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

I think a complete solution would be nice, from a workstation and server standpoint.  If my subscription at a base evel included backups both file and image, with patch management and those bells and whistles it would be great.  It would let small shops, and one man operations focus more on the work than balancing out which licenses go where.  Again Techs Together, does a pretty good job with that. But it isnt quite complete in my opnion.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping my backups, updates, and AV stuff under one roof is nice. I think integrations with Datto could be better, and would really help with that.  I am a one man operation and it really helps keep my costs down, and my mind straight having everything (mostly) under one umbrella.

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

It has a lot of capabilities, it's very dependable and intuitive to work with.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

I would like a way to just open a connection to a server with a click or double click. Right now, we need to select the machine, have the remote connection in favorites, click to connect and click again. Also, another click to close the popup window which shows before the connection to the  server opens. As an MSP we connect to dozens of sessions per day and this is a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need not only a way to connect to servers remotely but also be alerted for issues, do automations, keep important information about the assets, and most importantly have the way to customize a lot of those as needed. We can do this with Kaseya and it's the main platform we use every day.

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

The way it integrates with all the other modules that make the IT day to day tasks seamless.  I use it in a mixed environment of Mac and PC. I use it daily to accomplish my IT challenges. Onboarding was very seamless quick and didn't interuppt the work flow of the Staff. They were there every strp of the implentaton to support our onboarding questions. It was very intuitive to start using the product.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

VSAX is so expansive on what it can do it can be overwhelming to know where to start as there is a lot of options that aren't right under your finger tips.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing all my IT challenges on a non profit budget. I aa 1 man IT department with 5 location throught Las Vegas area and all the tools that are provided by Kaseya are valuable.

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

I've found the VSA to be extremely helpful to me as a department of one, who handles approximately 30 sites. This helps keep me organized and helps me automate things that I would have to either go onsite for or send detailed instructions for, which would take a lot of time out of my day. I also love that I can keep the OS and software patched automatically, so I no longer need to worry about whether or not the staff is running their necessary updates. Efficiency at its finest!

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

My first issue early on was finding my way around the interface. It took me some time to figure out where the features I want to use are hiding. Once I got past that learning curve, it was fine. What I really find missing is some sort of file transfer. I'm glad that I can transfer files between myself and remote PCs, but there should be a more direct (for example FTP) method of transferring files to remote PCs without starting a remote session.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing, patching, and remote support are all included. It's a "one-stop shop" for a lot of what I need to do on a daily basis and for emergencies.

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

One of the best things about Kaseya is how they have IT Complete. All in one is really the best way to go. I love how integrated all the software applications are and they mesh really well.

It is really easy to use too. Once you complete the thorough onboarding you literally will not have any problems.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

I have not really seen any downsides yet. We are in a gov cloud environment and they work really well for us!

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us with a documentation system along with a RMM system. This is helping us meet compliance standards for CMMC

**What do you like best about Kaseya VSA?**

What I like most about VSA X is how easy it is to automate things with Workflows and Scripts.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya VSA?**

The integrations are nice, but we were told it would be on par with DattoRMM in the K365 package yet last week in an IT Glue webinar, they said DattoRMM would be getting the local admin rotation, but VSA was not at this time. So they are not living up to their promise here.

The remote desktop tool could use some improvements as it crashes occasionally on Mac.

**What problems is Kaseya VSA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation is allowing us to fix problems before they become problems
