What do you like best about karmaCRM?

I really liked the simplicity of Karma CRM. It has easy features to help reach our customers with features like contact lists, follow-up and to-do lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about karmaCRM?

I disliked the whole layout / setup of Karma CRM. I would like to see an improved UI with Karma CRM but everything else was looking good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering karmaCRM:

Nothing really, it was just that the employees were having a tough time navigating through the application, so that's why we decided to ditch it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is karmaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Really just making the workflow a lot more pleasant and smooth. It helps when all the features we need as a business to interact with a customer is only a few clicks away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
