I really like that KarbunWise handles all use cases of carbon accounting such as all data types, categories, and scopes. The ESG feature is also fully flexible, allowing it to handle multiple standards and custom reports. I appreciate the full audit trail and the inbuilt mechanism for anomaly checks that ensure more confidence in my data. The dedicated support/advisor assigned has been very prompt in addressing technical questions and queries. The automatic scope 3 calculation through AI-based matching is very useful, and I find the anomaly detection during user data entry and the dedicated exceptions report beneficial. I like that all our datasets were integrated without needing any custom work to prepare the data. The platform is quite flexible in handling ESG standards and is also cost-effective. I think the multi-language support could be improved, which would make it easier for diverse teams to use. Also, while there are already some agentic AI features, I feel there is room for them to be more advanced, and I'm optimistic that more advancements are on the way.
