What do you like best about Kapiche?

Kapiche has made open-end text analysis extremely quick & easy with a live connection to our VOC suvey data. The tool has become an integral part of our weekly and monthly reporting. We can quickly identify and track themes, compare time periods, and assess theme impact on KPI's such as NPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kapiche?

The quadrant map widget is an awesome visualization, but the data labels often overlap making it unreadable. We have to download the data and create quadrant maps in Excel to use in our reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kapiche solving and how is that benefiting you?

VOC open-end text analysis used to be a long process that required extensive data preparation and manual uploads. The live data feed is a huge time saver. The ability to compare time periods and assess theme impact on KPI's such as NPS has really elevated our reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
