Kapiche has made open-end text analysis extremely quick & easy with a live connection to our VOC survey data. The tool has become an integral part of our weekly and monthly reporting. We can quickly identify and track themes, compare time periods, and assess theme impact on KPI's such as NPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quadrant map widget is an awesome visualization, but the data labels often overlap making it unreadable. We have to download the data and create quadrant maps in Excel to use in our reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
