What do you like best about Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble)?

Everything we need in one place with total visibility across all of our projects, personnel and finances. With the simple to use public API, we were able to create any integration we needed to pull in data from various internal sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble)?

While Insights are quite extensive out of the box, I am eagerly awaiting some new tooling to help address some of the reporting UI restrictions and having data be more near real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a central place to manage and have visibility to all projects and their associated timelines and resourcing. After defining our process and data model, Mavenlink was easy to set up and migrate to. In a few weeks we had our projects set up and had immediate visibility into our resourcing and forecast. With APIs available for just about everything, we easily imported the historical time for our active projects to be able see the full picture. Mavenlink is so easy to use for end users that it was almost seamless to get the team engaged and following our newly established processes from the start.
