What do you like best about Kanerika?

I like their ability to understand the complexity of working with multiple custom-built applications. They did not approach the project as a simple data migration exercise; they took time to understand how our systems were designed and how our customers use them.

The improved organization of our data has made reporting easier and gives our team a clearer view across different solutions. What do you dislike about Kanerika?

The initial analysis phase required detailed discussions because our applications had been developed over many years with different technologies and data structures. Mapping everything correctly took time, but it was necessary to avoid issues later in the process.

What problems is Kanerika solving and how is that benefiting you?

At 3W Serwisy Informacyjne, we develop and maintain custom software solutions for healthcare organizations, universities, and public sector institutions. Over the years, our applications had grown independently to support different business processes, which meant data was distributed across multiple systems and databases. As our solutions expanded, getting a complete overview of operational information became more challenging. Our teams often needed to combine data from different sources manually, making reporting and analysis more time-consuming than necessary. Kanerika helped us modernize our data environment by connecting our existing systems into a more structured platform using Microsoft Fabric.
