## KanbanFlow Reviews
  ### 1. KanbanFlow helps to stay on track with parallel projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

KanbanFlow supports the daily workflow, especially when juggling multiple projects. We rely on the Pomodoro-style timer to stay focused and balanced, and the flexible to-do list helps us track progress clearly, and tasks can be broken into subtasks, updated as they progress, and tailored to specific needs. Scheduled tasks are neatly highlighted by day, week, or month, keeping priorities in view.

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

There was no need to contact technical support, which speaks to the platform’s reliability. Over time, I've also noticed consistent improvements in the interface, making navigation smoother and more pleasant.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The task board has become a visual and adaptable workspace that supports both personal collaboration and organization. The color-coded labels make it easy to distinguish between urgent items, shared responsibilities, and items under review. Perhaps the greatest benefit is the broad visibility into team activity—we can quickly see what’s in progress across the board and plan proactively with that insight.

  ### 2. Finally a all in one organizer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nandkumar B. | Chief Innovation Advisor, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

The visual representation of tasks in order of their importance, color code for different tasks. Helpful in quick decision- making. You also get to know what the whole team is doing, how much time they are taking to do it.

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

Maybe the UX of settings can improve especially for the various advance settings, they are intuitive but can be improved. I am not sure if you can include calendar or meetings in it.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing day to day tasks of me and my team. This is done in order of its hierarchy of time sensitive tasks. Helps keep track of what work needs to be done for the day.

  ### 3. KanbanFlow - Let people see your progress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bansi S. | Test Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

I like the features of the application, such as diagrams, time tracking facility, reports, user interface, ticket status, and most important KanbanFlow is User friendly.

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

Nothing to dislike..The software is already excellent to use.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kanban solves problems like it has the facility to enter time while working on the ticket so we can show how much time we spent on the particular ticket. It helps users to see the progress via diagrams and reports. Users can easily switch to other tickets by changing status.

  ### 5. When Paper To-Do Lists Just Don't Cut It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | Consultant and Training Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

The thing I like best about Kanban boards, in general, is the ability to re-order items so that you can change your priorities. With Kanban Flow specifically, I like the multiple ways you can do this, from creating sub-tasks within one larger task, to changing the colour scheme of certain types of tasks.

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

To be honest the thing I like least (without actually disliking it) is the Pomodoro feature. I feel like at the very least this could be a button elsewhere on the screen that could be activated and de-activated independently.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use KanbanFlow both for managing To Do lists at work and at home. I love that I can assign family members tasks and they can be notified, check in, and let me know when they have completed an important task. Likewise with any work team. The main advantage is that this has completely eliminated the need for bits of paper floating around the house or office; all our reminders and tasks are in ONE place, and we can see and support each other in keeping up with them.

  ### 6. KanbanFlow makes it very easy to visualize to-do's

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meenakshi B. | Events Director & Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

My favorite part is being able just visually to see my projects in the format of a KanbanFlow, as I had never used Kanban itself prior to integrating with Gmelius. By organizing the board into clusters - by priority, the feature helps with visual organization.

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

I think tracking on the to-do list items and sharing with colleagues - and, more broadly, the user interface could be improved.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to see on one page - what are key to dos of my project and how large are the items in each list and that has helped me stay organized and complete projects faster.

  ### 7. Good experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

I love how you can set priority for the task along with different columns to move them in

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

If we can add a timer in the future, that will be great!

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to know where we are with the tickets/work and allows us to prioritize based on it.

  ### 8. KanbanFlow is good for basic organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Web Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

KanbanFlow makes it super simple to see what tasks you have to do, what's in progress and what's completed. Suitable for essential organization.

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

Cannot group for projects with multiple users easily - can't share files or access media remotely for those working from home.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep employees on track with what project stage they are on.

  ### 9. Keeps me organized and on task

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

Colorful tracking tool that allows me to address my priorities in custom lanes and move them along as I work towards completing various tasks. I can also add my co-workers to help me track and assign multiple tasks. And this all comes with the free version on browser and mobile!

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

I would like the ability to upload files and photos. But honestly I'm only using the free version and possibly that's available with the paid version? Also, PDF attachments would be a bonus.

**Recommendations to others considering KanbanFlow:**

Give KanbanFlow a try. It's easy simple and allows you to test drive the product with no financial commitment with minimal restrictions, and provides lots of functionality. This is great project management software. Definitely worth considering.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anxiety, I use to enter all the tasks and issues I can address into the KanBan Workflow, and now I can manage my highest priority issues and concerns and keep track of them through completion.

  ### 10. Kanban Flow is a super easy-to-use tool for managing projects, dividing them into tasks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** María Elena B. | Analista Programador, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2019

**What do you like best about KanbanFlow?**

1) It allows you to create different lists of tasks and even share them with other users, only knowing your email.
2) It has a Pomodoro timer, to measure productivity, and it divides the time into 25 minute intervals (called pomodoros) during which the work is activated.
3) It is useful for individual businesses to work with collaborators, therefore it is very easy to work in teams with this tool
4) It has a version for mobile devices (Android, IOS) and has a paid version and a free version, but very complete.
5) It has the drag and drop system for the management of tasks and boards.
6) Allows integration with other applications, such as email, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

**What do you dislike about KanbanFlow?**

1) It only works or is stored in the cloud.
2) There are no other "views" other than the columns on the board.
3) There are no ways to use other colors to customize tasks, different from those proposed by the tool.
4) In the free version, the possibility of integrating with other software is limited.

**Recommendations to others considering KanbanFlow:**

To use it you have to be sure of the tasks to plan and know the use of this type of tools, which will make it super easy to adapt and use.

**What problems is KanbanFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very easy-to-use process and task planner that provides an excellent interface, with striking colors, considering that images are a characteristic that generates empathy and confidence for users.
