What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

Kallidus brings structure for training without making the experience heavy and creating courses, building learning paths and compliance training for different roles is simple. The UI is simple for administrators to set up and content for employees. Connecting it with the HR system lets new employees be enrolled automatically for the right training. Performance is smooth even with large numbers of users completing their training at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

Course creation and customization tools are good but not fully flexible and the pricing is not transparent, the prices go up when we start adding more modules and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Kallidus, we relied on manual spreadsheets and reminders to know the complete mandatory training. New starters used to get learning paths tied with roles, getting the same structured set course automatically, which is good. The biggest gains are time saved for administration and a lower rate of overdue compliance training. Centralized reporting gives the real picture automatically, making it much simpler to show auditors that requirements are being met.
