What do you like best about Kaleidoscope?

The customer service and support are second to none. I have used other software platforms where once the sale is complete, the follow-through is over, and you are stuck with what you get or have to absorb the cost of yet another transition. Not with Kaleidoscope! Their team thrives on customer satisfaction, from the custom build to regular contact t find out what we may need. This platform makes the process simple for the applicants and easy for us to sort, rate, recommend, and award. "IF" I have an issue, my CSR/account manager, Kelsey, is attentive and readily available to troubleshoot and determine if it is a system error or user error. I highly recommend Kaleidoscope to anyone needing to streamline their application process and provide additional opportunities for your applicants. The generation of reports is fantastic and being able to print the entire application with the essay is wonderful. Exporting in a pdf or excel spreadsheet is a true winner for records retention. What do you dislike about Kaleidoscope?

There is not much that I could say I dislike. Students don't complete the application and follow through to submit it but the system sends them notifications and reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kaleidoscope solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time management is essential and of the essence between submission and decision. Our previous process required manual entry, rating, sorting, and awarding.
