What do you like best about Kaizo?

What stands out most about Kaizo is how seamlessly it brings the complete QA process directly into Salesforce, no jumping between tabs required. The Kaizo Village design makes gamification feel fun and natural, and the value driven by its AI capabilities brings a whole new level of efficiency to our daily workflow. What do you dislike about Kaizo?

The main area with room for growth is sampling flexibility. Right now, selecting cases for review feels a bit restricted to high-level QA criteria. Having the ability to filter samples directly by custom Salesforce case fields would allow us to run much more precise, tailored quality reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kaizo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kaizo solves the friction of fragmented QA workflows by uniting evaluation, reporting, and agent coaching into a single platform. Centralizing these processes lets us scale our review capacity. The rating interface is remarkably intuitive, making scoring fast and consistent for reviewers. Being able to track performance metrics and complete follow-ups right inside the tool saves significant time, while the gamification elements turn routine QA into an engaging experience that genuinely boosts team morale.
