"Flexible Board Development & Card Creation Through Kaiten for our Project Management"

What do you like best about Kaiten?

We conveniently work in our Scrum Sprints and leverage the comfort & flexibility of Kanban boards with Kaiten. It offers an excellent workaround to manage a few of our workflow deficiencies in some situations. For visualization, its dashboard is user-friendly and drag & drop features make everything happen fast and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaiten?

Since it utilizes browser-based utility, we experience slowness and glitches while working throughout the day for our project activities. Few of the reporting tools for chart representation are limited and less intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kaiten solving and how is that benefiting you?

We develop our Kanban Board and Kanban Cards using Kaiten for our project workflow. Its interface is appealing and neat, so it's easy to create our action items in its workspace. We can assign one card to multiple team members, and changing it also is quick. When we work in different sub-projects, we don't have to swap it to a separate page as Kaiten offers compatibility to operate multiple projects on the same page thanks to its Compact Mode.
