I like Kahua’s flexibility because our processes at UT are unique and one size doesn’t fit all. I can filter analytics data in real time so stakeholders can see portfolio data segmented the way they need. Kahua also helps with transparency and communication of key project details, and setup was fairly simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d like to be able to set up meetings in Kahua and have them automatically appear on people’s Outlook calendars. With EBuilder, I could enter the meeting details once instead of setting them up again in Outlook, which saved time. The setup was fairly simple, but the cultural shift was the bigger lift.
