I love the Kadence WP templates, they are fantastic and serve as a great base for WordPress. The templates created with it are much faster, simpler, and less loaded. I really like that it has many blocks built based on Gutenberg, which makes it much lighter and faster than similar templates. Additionally, it is very easy to use. It ends up having fewer blocks than, for example, Elementor, which for some of my clients might be a disadvantage, but I consider it an advantage because I prefer to install what's missing rather than have a very loaded template when I actually want to create a simple site.
