Nails come in different sizes. Some are small and other are spikes. HR/Payroll systems are the same way. There are massive service providers that may be better for large companies. Justworks is perfect for our company that is less than 50 people. As a user, I'm totally happy with the inputting of my data, tracking, and the results when I get paid. It works very well. Payroll is something you rarely pay attention too until it's wrong. I've been totally happy wit the Justworks platform. My WQ2 arrived online and in the mail as needed. All clean and it is ready for my tax preparation purposes. One only would notice this feature if it was not delivered on time or incorrectly. I also like that I get an e-mail whenever I get paid. Simple and a nice feature. I also like that Justworks is our HR hub for an organizational chart with contact information. Sometimes I need to get ahold of someone and they don't have their phone number in their e-mail signature and they aren't responding to Slack. The UI could use a little polishing and maybe some HCD love. This system has a very well functioning backend, the front end might be need a little work. There's nothing non-plain about it-- functions on the left side of the screen with sub categories. There could be hover tips that could offer more direction without having someone click and possibly get lost while looking for a piece of information.
