What do you like best about Justworks?

I really appreciate Justworks for its fantastic customer service, which I consider to be one of the top customer service organizations I've encountered. Additionally, the platform is very easy to use, with all the information readily available and the ability to make changes when needed. The initial setup was also very easy, which was great. What do you dislike about Justworks?

When it comes to paying someone, it's a bit clumsy. Choosing the date to pay should be easier, with ineligible dates shaded out, so I don't pick a wrong date and get an error. Also, when entering a pay period for a manual check, it's cumbersome to switch between windows for the start and end dates. It should be like selecting travel dates for a plane ticket, where you can do it all in one window. It's not a huge deal, but these little inconveniences make the process take more time than it should. Also, as the administrator, selecting benefit plans can be confusing. Justworks need to do a better job of electronically letting me know open enrollment is approaching and making it easier to administer my plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Justworks:

To improve the user experience, Justworks should consider simplifying the payment process by allowing users to select pay dates in a single window and shading out ineligible dates. Additionally, enhancing communication regarding open enrollment periods and simplifying the administration of benefit plans would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
