What do you like best about JustGiving from Blackbaud?

From a supporter perspective it is very easy to use and create fundraising pages. from a charity perpestive it is simple to use and set up bespoke coding, the fees on donations we have found are some of the best on the market, and the reporting can be configured which helps with our reconcillation. the reports are weekly and there is normally a payout report, you can also create custom reports on fundraising pages which we use frequently to thanks supporters.

I have worked for various size charities and JustGiving has met the needs from the smaller charities to the larger ones, if you use Blackbaud products they easily intergrate. The support is genereally good in terms of questions and response time, but it is a lot quicker and easier to email as opposed to calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JustGiving from Blackbaud?

The BlackBaud login caused a few issues for staff, so it is worth taking your time setting up users and ensuring they can log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JustGiving from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?

JustGiving allows us to mass fundraise on a secure trusted branded platform at a low cost. they also claim the Gift Aid in the UK. the reporting can be configured for your own fundraising reports which we do and also used to reconcile income. we use the fundraising platform to help our supporters set up pages for events, or charity of the year partnerships. this allows us to have a cost effective solution and saves in the long term on admin and gift processing.
