"Outstanding Service and Seamless Experience with JustFOIA"

What do you like best about JustFOIA?

We LOVE everything about JustFOIA. Since the very first demo, to current day usage their customer service has been outstanding! Our check-ins with our assigned customer service representative are productive, efficient but yet she listens to what the challenges we are facing and comes up with creative solutions. What do you dislike about JustFOIA?

I can honestly say that we have not encountered anything we dislike about JustFOIA, the company or their products. If we have a challenge or need clarification, they are responsive and take the time to come up with solutions or point us to training, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JustFOIA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We did not have any true reliable tracking of our Records Requests. JustFOIA makes it incredible easy to show the in 46% increase in requests for 2025, as well as the turnaround time of 2.63 days, on our requests. This information is presented to our Chief of Police and our university leadership. JustFOIA makes it incredibly easy to track outstanding requests, their status and is a critical piece to ensure we are meeting turn around times required by both state statute, local rules and regulations, as well as university polices and procedures.
