What do you like best about JustComments?

As an user of JustComments, we have been extremely satisfied with the platform. One of the things I like most about JustComments is its ease of use. What do you dislike about JustComments?

One of the areas where JustComments could improve is in the customization options for the comment section. While there are a few design templates to choose from, I would like to see more options for customizing the look and feel of the comment section to better match our website's branding.
