**What do you like best about JustCall?**

We use justcall as a cloud based phone system as we receive and make calls through this platform with our customers only with the availability of internet connection it also help us in communicating with our clients while working from anywhere in the world. This platform is compatible with android mobile phones and windows devices so it can be accessed from remote areas. It is one of the best and real time help desk for our business.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

The response time of their customer support is little late as whenever we face any kind of complex issue while working with this platform we try to reach their support team and they reply in more than 48 hours which is not a ideal time for a business professional software as most of the time we need to connect with our clients and provide them support and assistance but there are lot of stances where this platform show its limitation and starts lagging.

Justcall is like a digital customer support platform and with the help of this tool we are able to build better relationships with our clients and provide them 100% customer satisfaction. As we belong from a service industry and getting day to day complaints is part of our business so justcall help in giving resolutions to all of our customers and potential leads who raise support tickets from our website and we also try to provide them a proper resolution in shortest duration of time

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

JustCall is a reliable cloud-based calling and messaging tool that makes business communication much easier. The call quality is generally good, and features like call recording, call logs, SMS, and CRM integrations are very helpful for tracking conversations and follow-ups. The interface is user-friendly, so it doesn’t take much time to get started. What I like most is how it keeps all communication organized and accessible, which improves productivity and response time. Customer support is also responsive and helpful when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I find there are times when minor call delays or connectivity issues happen, and some advanced features feel a bit expensive for small teams. Also, a couple of CRM integrations took some tweaking to sync exactly how we wanted.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I like being able to call from the Philippines using a US-based number, which helps with getting cheaper rates for outbound calling. I also appreciate that JustCall integrates with our CRM, HubSpot, as it saves us time by automatically tracking call outcomes. This means my callers don't have to log them manually.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Most of the time, when JustCall automatically logs the call for us in HubSpot, it doesn't save correctly or has to be manually overridden to save the right way which can be time consuming. It also could track live calls better. Every time I try to listen in on a live call, it doesn't allow me to enter it in real time. So far, I've only been able to listen after the call has already ended which is frustrating for providing live feedback to my callers. Better tracking / dashboards for real time calling would be great. I would love more insights on the JustCall dashboard rather than having to create these reports in my CRM manually on the back end.

I use JustCall for cheap outbound calling from the Philippines while keeping a US number. It integrates with HubSpot, saving time on manual call tracking.

I like the ability to easily see how many calls my teammates made and their success rates with JustCall. It's great that staff don't have to use their personal phones for work calls, which helps maintain professional boundaries. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the seamless integration with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I don't like how call dispositions I've set don't show up on dashboards. When calls sync over to HubSpot, they always register as 'connected,' even if the agent left a voicemail or didn't connect. Our custom disposition gets hidden down in the 'note' of the call log, making it much harder to use. I'd like to see graphs by our custom dispositions, and I want those to sync correctly over to HubSpot.

JustCall allows my staff to avoid using personal phones and lets me see how many calls my teammates made, their success rates, etc.

JustCall is an essential tool for our team’s daily operations. We primarily use it as a cloud-based phone system to manage high volumes of outbound sales calls and inbound customer support inquiries. The seamless CRM integration is its standout feature, automatically logging every call and recording directly into our customer profiles. We also rely heavily on its automated SMS capabilities for appointment reminders and follow-ups. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to track team productivity through detailed analytics. I really loved how seamless the integration was. It felt super intuitive, and not having to jump between tabs to log calls saved me so much time and mental energy. Overall, it has significantly boosted our efficiency and professionalized our outreach.

Starting is a little difficult but now is smooth.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I like the out of office text feature in JustCall and how it records the calls. I also appreciate how it integrates with HubSpot, allowing them to work together. The out of office text response is crucial for establishing boundaries, letting our clients know when we will respond. The integration with HubSpot, being our CRM, is helpful because it logs calls and texts into the clients' profiles, making it easy to look back on info and timelines of discussions. Additionally, the initial setup was easy as it integrated well with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

The customer service when asking questions seems like a language barrier many times. I'm from the USA, and it seems like many representatives may not understand the language as well. The text and phone line verification, so that the number would be whitelisted, was very difficult and complicated and the hardest thing about using JustCall.

JustCall provides text support and appointment reminders, improves our customer service calls, sets client communication boundaries, and integrates with HubSpot for easy CRM access.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I think the AI technology used in the call summaries we get after a call is pretty great. It's helpful to get a summary and be able to ask questions to recap what happened during the call with each client. We also use the AI for two key purposes: analyzing call summaries for important information like customer numbers and addresses, and the AI agent helps us attend to customers after hours, which is especially crucial for support in the ecommerce area.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I find the AI agent for after-hours support a bit difficult to train, and sometimes it doesn't feel natural. It tends to speak over customers, especially when capturing long numbers like tracking or credit card numbers, because it thinks the full information has been provided. It doesn't connect previous pieces of information effectively. Also, some of the probing questions it asks aren't as good as I'd like. The setup process for JustCall was tough and not as intuitive as I'd hoped. The AI is integrated but not in a way that helps within the environment, like guiding through processes with links or instructions. Also, going through the automated chat for support sometimes tells you nothing, and it would be great to have real customer support or a more intelligent one that addresses specific questions.

JustCall lets us register custom service phone numbers, ensuring our team can receive calls and address customer inquiries. The AI-driven call summaries are great for recalling interactions with clients, and the AI agent is key for attending to customers after hours, especially in e-commerce.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I like the after call recording feature in JustCall. It allows me to go back and listen to conversations to ensure I have a complete understanding of what the patient needs. This feature helps in case anything is missed during the conversation, providing an opportunity to review and make a thorough assessment.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I think that the text message portion of JustCall could be improved a little bit. I send out a lot of texts, but I'm not quite sure if patients are receiving them or able to reply back. I just think maybe a little icon letting you know that the message was opened or read would be nice. Also, the initial setup was a little difficult because the training videos were a bit fast, even though signing in and setting up settings was fairly easy.

I use JustCall for making incoming and outgoing calls and for text communication with patients, ensuring smooth interactions even when they're not in the app. I like the after call recording feature because it lets me review conversations to make sure I have a complete assessment of patient needs.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I really like JustCall's support; they are quick and understanding. Their CRM integration with Pipedrive is as good as it gets, which was a key reason I chose JustCall over other sales dialer tools. It integrates really well with Pipedrive and sends all dispositions from JustCall directly to CRM, so I don't need to update anything manually. I also appreciate that I can see all the call recordings directly from my CRM. Additionally, the pricing at JustCall is better than other options.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Right now, I think the only thing that we are missing is to set up a corporate number by default as a first number to call, and then to call to mobile. Right now, it's vice versa, and there is no way to change it.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JustCall allows each of my SDRs to call a hundred fifty leads each day, solving the problem of managing high call volumes efficiently.

I use Pipedrive so LOVE how easily it integrates. I also love how easy it is for me to edit things from my side without asking someone to help. For example, can easily re-route calls when team members are away. I also LOVEEEE the AI call transcript, this alone has saved me and my team an enormous amount of time in our note taking. The team loves this feature and it has been fantastic. Also love the SMS integration, very easy and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I previously used a different tool which sucked, hence why I moved to JustCall and nothing really comes to mind about things I dislike. There hasn't been a time where I have been let down by the tool or support. Great all round.

Our business handles anywhere from 50-150 calls per day, it has helped us manage these calls, route them to correct operator but most importantly transcribes the notes for us straight into our CRM. This is probably the standout feature, we can also keep our calls/SMS in the same place/tool.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I like that JustCall's price is more budget-friendly compared to other options. When it's working, it's working well. We are able to share a text inbox and communicate with clients through an app, which is great because all of our call transcripts are available. It also has decent management features that can be handled through a browser by an administrator. Additionally, JustCall makes it easy to implement across a team.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Their pricing structure is a bit annoying. To access the features we really want, we’re stuck on our current tier. However, there are some basic features that could significantly improve our experience. Unfortunately, these features aren’t available without upgrading to a much higher plan that exceeds our needs. As a result, the platform lacks scalability within our tier without major upgrades.  The integration is also inconsistent and delicate at times. It’s often challenging to receive calls reliably, and the app is cumbersome when a direct phone line would be ideal. There are plenty of glitches to contend with and not the best stability.   We would also greatly appreciate having a back-end admin user, which requires adding an entire user seat without needing them answering the phone. There is not a good setup to have a number to a department so that our shop staff has their phone ring for example, but it can only be assigned to an individual. Additionally, there are small fees for number porting and other minor services.  Furthermore, there’s a substantial learning curve. It’s a comprehensive platform that would be great for a call center, but it’s not suitable for a small team of fabricators like ours.

JustCall consolidates our phone lines and distributes calls to the right team members, enabling real-time collaboration. The integration with monday.com was crucial for us, and the call recording with transcriptions is generally pretty accurate.

I like that JustCall connects with my CRM to automatically place notes for SMS and calls, so I don't have to do it myself. This helps me remember what was discussed in calls without worrying about it at the end of the day. As a small business, it's great that JustCall offers a minimum license of two users, as it was more affordable compared to competitors who required three. The Pipedrive integration is another feature I find useful. After trying Cloudtalk, I found JustCall to be much better, and I'm pleased with its overall performance.

I find it would be great if they offered a single user license option. Their API connection with Pipedrive is good, but it injects a lot of information like Call ID, time, date, etc., into the CRM notes, and I would prefer just a call summary instead. Also, while the initial setup was very easy, porting numbers took quite some time, and it was frustrating because my phone was effectively disabled during the four-day porting process.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I appreciate the practicality of JustCall in terms of compliance, particularly with the call summaries that save me from taking my own notes. The call summaries received by email quickly after each call are very useful. This also facilitates the closing of my cases, allowing me to fulfill my compliance requirements and meet the demands of my professional order. Furthermore, the integration with Pipedrive works well and the initial setup of JustCall is very easy.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

The web page does not always refresh easily, so I do not see the updated information and the notifications do not clear themselves.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JustCall facilitates compliance with call summaries by email, so I don't need to take my own notes, which helps to close my files and meet professional requirements.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I love that JustCall syncs and integrates with Pipedrive contacts. We know exactly who's calling and when, and can easily pull up their file. It is the number one, most important feature we were looking for in a call system. We use it on my phone, as the CEO, and on the phone of our booking/admin manager. We can easily pull up conversations from the computer or phone from any company account and I really like that. The initial setup of JustCall was very easy!

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I don't love the look of the interface. Could be a bit more modern.

JustCall integrates with our CRM, Pipedrive, solving our integration issues. It syncs contacts so we know who's calling and when, and quickly access their files, which is crucial for us.

Managing calls across my teams is easy on JustCalls. It have features like call recording and voicemail drop, which helps me a lot.

It's mobile app lags a bit. When you are handlings calls back to back it'll take few extra seconds to load.

When I am outside of my office I can attend group calls even with my phone especially when I am on a holiday leave and I need to attend a urgent meeting, so I can just attend it with my phone.

The functionality was ok and integrates directly with Zoho but it was by no means seamless nor easy

Their customer service is horrible, they issue invoices without explanations and their plans change routinely without any explanation.  Overall, anything having to do with money feels like you're getting ripped off.

They are providing fewer and fewer benefits not available elsewhere while backing it up with terrible customer service.

It's a helpful integration into my daily CRM for work.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

I can't ever tell how many 'characters' are allowed in a text. Sometimes things deliver to one person, but will remain undelivered to another person, and there is no update or notification when this happens.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm unsure, to be honest. I've been using it for a few years, only for work, and it seems to be fairly consistent. It's only gone down a few times, but I'm not sure what solutions have been shared throughout.

There is a clear difference in what you pay for vs what is advertised. IE: With the AI tools. Some of the sales pages are not very clear or lead to an expectation that you will get some things while you do not. Everything seems like an upgraded feature. The daily dial summaries do not include campaign dialers. Seems like things haven't fully been developed.

**What do you like best about JustCall?**

I like the user interface and the AI features of JustCall. The AI features with transcription are useful and give me good insights on my performance. Other calling platforms I've used have older-looking user interfaces, whereas JustCall is modern and easy to use. I also appreciate the user interface and multidialer capabilities, which were part of the reason we switched from CrispCall. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about JustCall?**

Obtaining a phone number seemed difficult and sometimes it was tough to get the address approved. Also, sometimes the help can be not too helpful. The integration with monday.com with the sales dialer doesn't really work for us.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JustCall lets me use a local number, speeding up calls to multiple numbers quicker than doing it manually.

I like JustCall's features such as answering on mobile, the options to transfer calls, texting, transcription, and voicemail. They make it easy to use for the most part.

Sometimes outgoing calls won’t ring, some calls won’t connect to Bluetooth, there's some bad connections, some calls refuse to call out even though I’ve called them before, and some texts refuse to go through.

**What problems is JustCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JustCall allows me to speak with clients, answering their questions about getting started, pricing, costs, and timeframes. It offers mobile answering, transfer options, texting, transcription, and voicemail, making it easy to communicate with clients as it's our only mode of communication.
