What do you like best about Juno Tax?

The interface is well designed, simple and intuitive. Integrations work well with a range of softwares. Particularly TaxDome which is our practice management software. Overall the performance is good in making tax returns more efficient to complete. The pricing is fair given the range of systems and services available and the team are constantly looking for feedback to refine the product. They actually listen to their customers. The AI tech is good, form uploads are accurate and information in Advisor is good especially because it lists the sources directly and you can access them easily. What do you dislike about Juno Tax?

Sometimes there are bugs when you are working with more complicated situations but I have found that if I simply flag this to the development team they will turn around with a fix very quickly. If I have a suggestion they listen and evaluate and in some circumstances have added it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Juno Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its making my practice more efficient. We aren't a large firm so problems can compound quickly if not addressed. Anything that reduce return processing time to increase output and add more value for clients by helping to spot opportunities makes a large tangible difference to our bottom line.
