I love that Jump keeps innovating with new features that make life easier. The note-taking capability is great and on point, and I find the integration with my CRM incredibly useful. The feature that allows me to create forms for clients to fill out, which then syncs with my CRM and provides a PDF version, is awesome. It'd be nicer if the forms could be a little bit more user-friendly. A little bit more updated would be great. Also, it would be great if you can actually turn the forms into embedded URLs to put on websites, which would be useful for advisors like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
