One area that could be improved is the pricing and subscription flexibility. In the events industry, schedules can change unexpectedly, and events are sometimes postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. It would be really helpful if Judgify offered options such as extending subscription validity, rolling over unused events, or providing complimentary extensions for long-term customers.
