What do you like best about Joy Loyalty?
It is very different from other loyalty program apps. I would say if I were a customer to use this loyalty program in a store, I feel I have been treated as a valuable customer, more than just to gain some more bonus points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Joy Loyalty?
The membership deal feature is very helpful and important. However the design is not good enough to show case the benefit to customer. The deal info. displayed is not clear enough to attract customer, and the integration with Theme is not flexible enough. Maybe Joy can work on it further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
